You can cancel your membership package within 14 days of purchasing it and you can request a refund if you have not used any of your rights. We kindly ask you to send your refund requests to email@example.com via e-mail, using the e-mail address belonging to your membership account.
Why do you need a phone number?
Your Kunduz account and memberships will be identified to your phone number. You will receive a confirmation code on your phone in order to log in to your account. That is why we need your phone number.
I see an error message after I enter my credit card details during payment. What does it mean?
Insufficient balance / Insufficient limit
It means that the remaining limit in your card is not sufficient to buy the package. After increasing your card limit or depositing money into your card, you will be able to repeat the payment transaction and buy your package. You can also try using a different credit card for payment.
The expiration date of your card is incorrect
You might have entered the incorrect expiration date for your card. The expiration date of your card is written on your card as month/year (eg. 06/21) and it indicated the latest date when your card is valid. You may be seeing this error because you have entered the incorrect information or your card has already expired.
The card is not valid for online purchases
Your card might not be available for online purchases. You need to get in touch with your bank and open your card for e-commerce use so that you can perform the transaction.

For how long is my membership package valid?
There are two types of membership’s you can opt for.
1. Monthly – Will last for 30 days and will auto renew till you tell us to stop your subcription
2. Annually – Will last for 11 months till 3oth of June of next calendar year,
Can I still see my solutions when my package is expired?
When your package is expired, you can still access the solutions of the questions you have asked before, whenever you want.
Who can use Kunduz?
From Grade 5 to Grade 12, you can ask every question that you find difficult. You can send questions for the following fields within the JEE Mains, JEE advanced, BITSAT, NCERT, All Science curriculum. Infact, everyone preparing for competitive exams
I accidentally asked a question, how can I withdraw it?
If the questions that you have accidentally asked have not yet been assigned to a tutor, you can go to “Question Box” and choose the question, then click on “…” on the right-hand corner, then click on “Delete the Question”. If the question you have asked has already been assigned to a tutor, you are not allowed to delete the question so that the tutors can get their time’s and effort’s worth.
What is Pigeon?
Pigeon is the new communication channel of Kunduz, which enable you to directly forward your feedback that you have placed on “Rate the Solution” to your tutor and helps you receive complete explanations by getting you in touch with your tutor directly. Thanks to this new system, the connects you have placed on “Rate the Solution” will be immediately forwarded to our tutors through the chats initiated by Pigeon, which will allow you to inform them about the points you want to receive further explanation, when you need it. Remember, adding comments while reviewing the solution allows our tutors to provide you with complete feedback in one go. As your responds to Pigeon will be directly forwarded to our tutors, please do not use this channel to ask questions to our team. When you need live support, you can click on “Start a chat.” on the Settings/Support menu of our application, and we will be there for you.
How can I invite my friends?

How can I use the Referral Code?
During payment for a package purchase on the website, when you enter the reference code on the Discount Code section within the Promotion Code section and when you click on “Apply”, you will see that the discount will applied to the total amount for your package.
