From Grade 5 to Grade 12, you can ask every question that you find difficult. You can send questions for the following fields within the JEE Mains, JEE advanced, BITSAT, NCERT, All Science curriculum. Infact, everyone preparing for competitive exams
If the questions that you have accidentally asked have not yet been assigned to a tutor, you can go to “Question Box” and choose the question, then click on “…” on the right-hand corner, then click on “Delete the Question”. If the question you have asked has already been assigned to a tutor, you are not allowed to delete the question so that the tutors can get their time’s and effort’s worth.
In order to create a better experience for you and our tutors, we recommend that you keep the points below in mind when you are sending a new question:
  • The picture of the question should be clear
  • The whole question should be legible
  • There should be one question on the picture
  • The correct answer on the answer key must be pointed out (it will save you a lot of time when you receive a feedback)
  • If there are particular points in the question that you found difficult or if you have specific comments, you should add those.
  • Finally, after reviewing the solution, we kindly ask you to click on “Rate the Solution” to rate the solution provided by the tutor and specify the reasons why you haven’t like the solution, if you haven’t.
  • You can quickly ask questions by taking a photo of the question you would like to ask or uploading a previously taken picture of the question and specifying the topic of the question.
  • The main page of the app functions like a camera for you to take a picture of the question you would like to ask. That way, when you open the app you can take a picture of your question.
  • If you would like to upload a picture from your phone’s gallery, you can touch the icon on the top right-hand corner of the main page to access your gallery.
  • After taking the picture of your question or choosing it from your gallery, we recommend that you crop the picture so that there is only one question on the picture. When you click on “Continue”, you will choose the field of the question and you will be able to see your question afterwards.
  • If there is a comment or problem you would like to include, you can click on “Add Comment”.
