  • Insufficient balance / Insufficient limit
It means that the remaining limit in your card is not sufficient to buy the package. After increasing your card limit or depositing money into your card, you will be able to repeat the payment transaction and buy your package. You can also try using a different credit card for payment.
  • The expiration date of your card is incorrect
You might have entered the incorrect expiration date for your card. The expiration date of your card is written on your card as month/year (eg. 06/21) and it indicated the latest date when your card is valid. You may be seeing this error because you have entered the incorrect information or your card has already expired.
  • The card is not valid for online purchases
Your card might not be available for online purchases. You need to get in touch with your bank and open your card for e-commerce use so that you can perform the transaction.

Question Repository Within the Kunduz question repository, there are questions and answers in different difficulty levels for all fields and subjects. You can click on the book icon on the down left-hand side of the main screen to access “Question Repository”. After choosing the field on the “Question Repository”, you will see two options, “Start the Subject Test” and “I Want to Choose a Topic”. When you choose “Start the Subject Test”, you will see questions that are appropriate for your own level on the screen. You can see the solution of the question in the “Show the Solution” section. You can also adjust the difficulty level in the “Difficulty” section. When you choose “I Want to Choose a Topic”, you will see a list of topics within the curriculum of the subject field whereby you can choose the topic you would like to access questions and solutions with different difficulty levels. 
We use the Razorpay payment system infrastructure for membership package purchases, so you can safely use your credit card for payment. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol which is the industry standard and provides highest-level security during payment transactions.
Downloading the Kunduz app and asking 5 questions is free of charge so that you can give it a try! Afterwards, if you would like to continue asking questions, you can buy a membership package from kunduz.com/en. Don’t worry, you don’t have to pay anything as long as you don’t buy a membership package.

  1. You click on the “Start Now” button on the package and buy a membership package of your choice on our website kunduz.com/en.
  2. After clicking on the button, you need to enter the phone number you are planning on using for the Kunduz membership package. After entering the confirmation code you will receive via SMS, your membership package will be identified to your account.
  3. After completing your bank details, you can start your Kunduz membership!
  • Debit Card
When you perform a payment transaction, you can choose the “I want to pay with 3D secure” option.
  • Bank Transfer
You can choose bank transfer as your payment option. In order to access your account details you can use the Support section within the app or send an email to support@kunduzapp.com. P.S.: Bank transfer is not accepted for a promotion packages. Payment by installments is not an option with bank transfer.
