What is Pigeon?
Pigeon is the new communication channel of Kunduz, which enable you to directly forward your feedback that you have placed on “Rate the Solution” to your tutor and helps you receive complete explanations by getting you in touch with your tutor directly. Thanks to this new system, the connects you have placed on “Rate the Solution” will be immediately forwarded to our tutors through the chats initiated by Pigeon, which will allow you to inform them about the points you want to receive further explanation, when you need it. Remember, adding comments while reviewing the solution allows our tutors to provide you with complete feedback in one go. As your responds to Pigeon will be directly forwarded to our tutors, please do not use this channel to ask questions to our team. When you need live support, you can click on “Start a chat.” on the Settings/Support menu of our application, and we will be there for you.
Who solves my problems?
Our tutor network consists of professional teachers and university students who ranked higher up in the JEE entrance exams.
The competence of the tutors on the fields they provide support is assessed based on their JEE results, current solution performance and their competence in tutoring.
Tutors are supervised and supported by experienced teachers who are experts in their fields.
My question has been solved incorrectly, what should I do?
At Kunduz, we guarantee that your questions will be solved 100% correctly so that you don’t have any more questions unanswered.
Should you receive an incorrect solution for your question, you should choose the incorrect answer option on Rate the Solution section, and this comment will be forwarded back to your tutor, and a new explanation will be provided.
There are some points in the solution that I do not comprehend, what should I do?
At Kunduz, one of the things that we attach great importance to is that you receive descriptive and clear solutions to your questions. We want to make sure that there is no point left that you have not understood.
If you specify the points you haven’t understand by writing comments of the “Rate the Solution” section, Pigeon will forward your message to the tutor and request further explanation. Shortly, you will receive further explanation on the points you have not fully comprehended.
In which format I will receive my solutions?
In Kunduz mobile application, our tutors solve the questions on a piece of paper or on the question picture you have sent. The descriptive solution will be forwarded to you as a picture.
How can I see the solution for the question I have uploaded?
When the question you have uploaded is answered, you will receive a notification on your phone. You can open this notification to see the solution.
In addition, you can access the “Question Box” section via the down right-hand corner on your main page or by flicking your finger to left on the main page.
In “Question Box”, you can monitor your questions that have been answered as well as your pending questions. On this screen, you can monitor at what stage your solution is currently. When you click on the question, you can see the question as well as the solution, if it has been answered.
