Explain why pheophytins are likely show up on chromatograms of frozen spinach, but rarely in a paper chromatogram of fresh spinach, while chlorophylls show up on paper chromatograms of both frozen and fresh spinach. Although "Pheophytins are present in frozen spinach and not in fresh spinach" is a correct statement, it does not answer the question and will not get any points.
