How does the lagging strand differ during DNA replication? (Multiple choice, it's one of 4 options) 1) The lagging strand is synthesised towards the replication fork. 2) The DNA synthesis reaction goes in the 3' to 5' direction. 3) The lagging strand is synthesised in ~1000 base pair segments. 4) The lagging strand is synthesised by DNA polymerase I. I'm fairly sure it isn't 1 or 2, help is appreciated
