Two immunoblots were run one looking at just ERK expression and the other looking at ERK phosphorylation The positive samples show those treated with copper the negative samples show those treated with saline only What can you conclude based on this immunoblot Anti ERK Anti p ERK ERK1 ERK2 ERK2 shows higher phosphorylation than ERK 1 ERK1 and 2 are equally phosphorylated Neither ERK1 or 2 are phosphorylated in response to copper There is slightly higher phosphorylation of ERK1 and 2 in response to copper
