You might be aware that IITs take care about JEE Advanced. So, IIT Delhi took charge of JEE Advanced 2020. Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, started in 1951 took first examination. In its initial years, students were admitted based on their academic results. Furthermore, it conducted an interview in several locations across the country. Thus, old name for JEE Advanced was IIT-JEE.
For examination purpose, Joint Admission Board divide India into seven zones. They are namely IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, and IIT Guwahati zone.
JEE Advanced 2020 was conducted on 27th September, 2020. Furthermore, two papers were held. Paper 1 from 9am to 12am and paper2 from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.
